  • No Cross-Access: Schools cannot access data from other schools under any circumstances

  • Physical Isolation: Each school's data is stored in separate, encrypted database instances

How School Data Isolation Works

  • Email Domain Matching: When a user signs up with a school email (e.g., @school.edu), they are automatically placed in that school's dedicated database
  • Assessment Data: All student assessments, teacher responses, and career guidance data are stored exclusively in the school's database
  • User Management: School administrators can only see and manage users within their own database
  • Analytics: School-specific analytics and reports are generated only from data within that school's database
